| 中文摘要 | 「心理學」作為一門理論性與學術性皆高的學科,通識心理學 課程對於技職體系的大學生的學習具有其基本的知識門檻與難度。 經常學生在修習完一學期的心理學課程,考完期中考與期末考之 後,仍無法充分掌握心理學要義,運用心理學的知識於日常生活 中。然知識的學習需要能實踐與應用才能彰顯其價值。因應研究學 校於 111 學年度起以「關懷力」作為心理學與社會學兩門通識必修 課程之通識能力基本認證。本文以 111、112 學年以專題導向學習實 施心理學關懷力之教學實踐歷程與成果進行探討。以問卷調查法和 內容分析法來了解學生學習之成果與收穫之內涵。研究結果顯示, 透過專題導向學習以關懷力來做為心理學知識的實踐,有效提升學 生對於心理學知識的理解,幫助學生思考學理之應用,大多數學生 皆能達成理解學理、傾聽、同理,理解語言或行為背後的動機與目 的,具體提出自我關懷或關懷他人建議,達成實踐心理學知識之成 效。研究也發現學生關注度較高的六大心理學主題,以及心理學的 學習存在科系差異。此外,本研究建構通識心理學課程運用專題導 向學習「心理學關懷力報告」之實施,可提供大學通識教育於心理 學相關課程,促進學生運用心理學知識之能力,以及提升教師教學 效能之參考運用。 |
| 英文摘要 | The "Psychology" course is a highly theoretical and academic subject, often presenting challenges for students in vocational education. Even after completing a semester of general education psychology and taking midterm and final exams, many students still struggle to grasp core concepts or apply them in daily life. However, the actual value of expertise lies in its practice and application. Starting from the 2022 academic year, the university under study has incorporated "caring ability" as an essential competency certification for the two mandatory general education courses in psychology and sociology. This study explored the teaching practice results of implementing psychological caring ability through project-based learning in the 2022 and 2023 academic years. Questionnaire survey and content analysis methods were employed to understand the connotation of students' learning results and gains. The finding indicated that practicing psychological knowledge through project-based learning and caring can help students think about applying academic theories. Most students could comprehend psychological concepts, active listening, empathy, and a sense of the motives and purposes behind language and behavior. They were also able to propose specific suggestions for self-care or caring for others, demonstrating the successful application of psychological knowledge. The study also identified six major psychology topics that garnered higher student interest and found differences in psychology learning among different departments. Furthermore, this research established a model for implementing the "Psychology Caring Report" in general psychology courses through project-based learning. The model may serve as a valuable reference for enhancing students’ ability to apply psychological knowledge and improving teaching effectiveness in general education psychology courses at the university level. |
