| 中文摘要 | 研究目的:正念療法引進台灣已逾十年,本研究回顧了作者近年於大學通識教育開設的 正念療法課程,包括正念融入課程、MBCT 以及 MBCT-L 正式模組課程,並探討三種 課程實施成效。研究方法:本研究透過正念課程修課學生的課後學習心得加以彙整;以 及透過學期末問卷調查,作量化的統計和比較分析。研究發現:1.學生於修習正念課程 後,不論是那一個課程模組,對於專注力的提升、壓力的減輕,情緒的管理都有所改善; 但對於使用手機習慣沒有太大的改變;2.正式 MBCT 與 MBCT-L 模組課程,相較於正 念融入課程,學生在專注力的提升、壓力的減輕,情緒的管理成效上較佳;3.在三個模 組課程中,學生認為最有幫助的練習項目有部分共同性;4.MBCT-L 課程對於學生的睡 眠品質改善有所幫助。結論與建議:本研究結果顯示,不論修習何種正念模組課程,對 於學生身心健康都有幫助,本研究爰建議大學通識教育可以多開設正念療法課程;如果 教師具有正念療法資格,建議最好開設標準模組課程;另可研發正念數位課程,讓更多 學生獲益。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: Mindfulness-based therapy has been introduced to Taiwan for more than ten years. This study reviews the mindfulness-based therapy courses offered by the author in university general education in recent years, which included mindfulness integration courses, MBCT and MBCT-L formal courses. This study explores the effects of the three courses. Methods: This study made a summary of the after-class learning experiences of students taking mindfulness courses, and conducted a quantitative statistical and comparative analysis through the end-ofsemester questionnaire survey. Findings: 1. After taking mindfulness courses, no matter which course module the students were majored in, they expressed their concentration, stress reduction, and emotional management had improved, but their mobile phone usage habits had not changed much. 2.Students from formal MBCT and MBCT-L module courses, compared with those in the mindfulness integration courses, made more improvement in their abilities to concentrate, reduce stress, and manage emotions. 3. The exercises students found most helpful in the three module courses were partially similar. 4. The MBCT-L course can help improve students’ sleep quality. Conclusion and suggestion: No matter what kind of mindfulness module course is taken, it will be helpful for students' physical and mental health. Therefore, this study recommends that university general education could offer more mindfulness-based therapy courses. If teachers are qualified can teach mindfulness-based therapy courses, it is recommended to offer standard module courses. In addition, digital mindfulness courses can be developed to benefit more students. |
