中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討護理人員勞動情緒之傾向和引發勞動情緒的主因,以為協助護理人員情緒調適和管理的參考。本研究的重要發現包括:護理人員顯現正面的勞動情緒,工作滿足和正面情緒的感受間存有正相關,正、負面勞動情間緒呈負相關,各類正(負)情緒間呈正相關,同事、病患和病患家屬是引發面勞動情緒最具影響力的因素。本研究亦針對護理人員勞動情緒之體驗,提出改善之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to investigate the tendencies of nurse's work related emotions and the influential factors of work related emotions. Major findings include nurses show positive emotions, positive relationships exist between job satisfaction and degree of perceptions of positive emotions, negative relationships exist between positive and negative emotions, positive relationships exist among various positive (negative) emotions, colleagues, patients, and patients' family are the influential factors that trigger work related emotions. The author also recommend several practices to increase nurse's positive work related emotions. |
