| 英文摘要 | As infectious diseases continue to pose severe threats to human health and multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs) rapidly evolve, sepsis and infections caused by MDROs have become critical concerns in clinical care. In response, the World Health Organization has called for global action to develop real-time detection and antibiotic stewardship strategies. To address these challenges, China Medical University Hospital in Taichung, Taiwan, established an Intelligent Antimicrobial System (i.A.M.S.), an innovative platform that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology. The i.A.M.S. platform comprises four systems: a sepsis and mortality prediction system, a rapid MDRO prediction system, a personalized antibiogram system, and an antibiotic clinical decision support system. By integrating electronic medical records, the system streamlines clinical workflows, enhances treatment quality, and ensures the safety and appropriateness of antibiotic use. Additionally, the system issues alerts through an event-driven interface that enables real-time communication between healthcare information systems and AI. |
