| 英文摘要 | Plasma Electrolytic Polishing (PEP) is an innovative surface treatment technology that provides enhanced polishing efficiency relative to conventional mechanical polishing techniques. The study employs the Taguchi approach to optimize the parameters of the PEP process for 316 stainless steel. The main process factors controlled are working voltage, processing duration, electrolyte concentration, and operating temperature. The Taguchi method is employed to comprehensively evaluate the impact of process variables on surface roughness, flatness, and corrosion resistance. Among these variables, processing time exerts the most substantial influence. This study identifies the best PEP process parameters for 316 stainless steel as an 8-minute processing duration, a working voltage of 340 V, an ammonium sulfate concentration of 4%, and an operating temperature of 75 ℃. |
