| 英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the critical criteria influencing the effectiveness of judo training by integrating literature review and expert questionnaire surveys. A systematic evaluation framework was constructed using the Hybrid Influence and Strength Analysis (HISA) method to optimize training strategies and support decision-making processes. Through the research process, six key criteria were identified: training programs, coaches’ professional competence, equipment and facility resources, medical and nutritional support, training performance monitoring, and psychological stress management. Based on the analysis of the total influence relationship matrix, the results revealed that coaches’ professional competence, training programs, and psychological stress management are the most influential factors affecting judo training effectiveness. Among these, coaches’ professional competence serves as the primary driving force in enhancing training outcomes, highlighting the crucial role of coaches in both technical instruction and psychological support. Training programs determine the systematization and efficiency of training implementation, ensuring the overall effectiveness of training processes. Additionally, psychological stress management assists athletes in maintaining stable performance under high-pressure competitive environments. The evaluation framework established in this study can serve as an important reference for the development and optimization of future judo training strategies, while providing practical recommendations for the field to enhance Taiwan’s judo performance and international competitiveness. |
