| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the experiential process of counseling based on the psychodrama approach, using a hermeneutic phenomenological methodology for interpretation. The research participants are: a counselor with professional background in Psychodrama and three clients with troubled issues. Every client received psychodrama-oriented counseling. The study selected 5 counseling processes for research. First, the 5 counseling processes were made into transcripts. Then, the counselor and 3 client were interviewed to form experience description texts. Both transcripts and experience description texts were used as research and analysis data. The data were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method proposed by Lee and Lai (2009). Adopting the nomenclature of psychodrama therapy, psychodrama-oriented counseling similarly follows a three-stage process: warm-up/initial phase, action/enactment phase, and closure/sharing phase. The experiential structure of psychodrama-oriented counseling consisted of two dimensions of behaviors. One was the horizontal dimension, indicating the interpersonal verbal and nonverbal communication. The other was the vertical dimension, indicating the words-bodily feelings connection. The experiential structure of the psychodrama-oriented counseling process identified in this study includes: in the initial/talking phase, sub-phases of rapport building, warm-up, and the unfolding of the issue’s narrative context; in the action phase, foundational enactment, elaboration of the client’s issue, and breakthrough and healing of the core concern. During the closure phase, the counselor facilitates the client’s re-engagement with the issue, affirms their transformation, and provides positive feedback. The session concludes after confirming the client’s current state and reaching consensus. This study adopts a phenomenological approach to reveal the experiential structure of both the counselor and the client within psychodrama-oriented counseling, providing practical insights for the implementation of psychodramatic techniques in individual counseling settings. |
