| 中文摘要 | 本研究嘗試以壓力因應理論,探討個體遭遇工作壓力人格特質究竟會對個體之工作倦怠產生何種影響,進一步以五大人格特質為調節變項,深入探究人格之影響效果。研究以大台中地區國小教師實施問卷調查法,共發出500份問卷、回收有效問卷472份,回收率94%。施以驗證性因素分析、多元階層迴歸分析進行調節效果之統計檢驗,研究結果顯示:工作壓力對工作倦怠具有顯著正向影響;五大人格特質包含:開放向、情緒穩定性、外向性、宜人性與嚴謹性等屬性,會對工作壓力與工作倦怠之關係產生調節效果。研究提供建議,學校在安排教師各項職務時,應考量教師人格特質是否能有效因應工作壓力,避免持續性的壓力導致教師資源耗竭、心生俱疲;教師可多涉略有關情緒與壓力管理課程,覺察自我情緒,保持正向、穩定並學習掌控、穩定自我情緒,避免因個人過度去人性化造成工作不順及倦怠感。 |
| 英文摘要 | Work stress has been an important topic in organizational psychology in recent years, and it is also a popular research topic that attaches great importance to the field of educational psychology. Using the stress and coping theory, this paper discussed the effect of personality traits on the burnout experienced by individuals when confronted with job stress. The Big Five personality traits were applied as a moderating variable of the mentioned effect. A total of 500 questionnaire were distributed to elementary school teachers in Taichung City, among which 472 valid questionnaires were received, posting a valid return rate of 94%. A confirmatory factor analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to verify the statistical moderating effect of the Big Five personality traits. The results revealed that job stress significantly influenced burnout. The Big Five personality traits, which are extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism, moderate the effect of job stress on burnout significantly. Conclusion and suggestions were presented according to the study results. |
