| 中文摘要 | 目的:探討骨盆帶推拿介入對中高齡者下肢功能性體適能及步態穩定的影響。方法:以50位中高齡者為對象,實 驗組接受12週的骨盆帶推拿介入;對照組維持日常作息。在推拿介入前後,對所有受試者進行下肢功能性體適能以及 步態分析等測試。以二因子相依變異數分析 (two-way repeated measurement ANOVA) 探討兩組在前後測結果的差異。 結果:經12週骨盆帶推拿介入後,兩組在30秒椅子坐立、椅子坐姿體前彎,以及2.44公尺坐起繞物等三項下肢功能性 體適能指標的進展上達統計上的顯著差異 (p < .05);此外,在步行速度、步頻,以及左右腳步幅差異等三項指標上的 進展亦達統計上的顯著差異 (p < .05)。結論:持續的骨盆帶推拿可改善中高齡者的下肢功能性體適能狀況,同時對步 態的穩定度也有明顯的幫助。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: To explore the effect of pelvic belt massage intervention on the functional fitness and gait stability of the lower limbs in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: 50 middle-aged and elderly people were taken as subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group of 25 people each. The experimental group received 12 weeks of pelvic belt joint massage intervention once a week for 20 minutes each time; the control group maintained their daily routine. Before and after the intervention, all subjects were tested for 30 seconds of sitting in a chair, forward bending in a chair, sitting up and around an object at 2.44 meters, and gait analysis. Two-way Repeated measurement ANOVA was then used to explore the difference in pre- and post-test results between the experimental group and the control group. Results: There was an interaction between time and group, indicating that the influence of time on the two groups was different. In addition, after 12 weeks of pelvic belt massage intervention, the two groups’ progress in three lower limb functional fitness indicators including 30 seconds of chair sitting, chair sitting forward bending, and 2.44 meters sitting up and around objects reached statistically significant levels. There was a significant difference (p < .05); similarly, the progress of the two groups in three indicators such as walking speed, cadence, and difference in left and right foot lengths also reached statistically significant differences (p < .05). Conclusion: Continuous pelvic belt joint massage can improve the functional fitness of the lower limbs in middle-aged and elderly people, including lower limb muscle strength, flexibility and dynamic balance. It also significantly helps the stability of gait. |
