| 中文摘要 | 在現代都市化社會結構中,多數學生與工作者每天大部分的時間皆處於缺乏自然元素的建築物 或室內環境中,而導致注意力不集中、疲勞、焦慮、煩躁等負面身心健康問題。然而,大量研究證實, 接觸自然環境或自然元素有助於提升人們的生心理健康。本研究將涉及學習與工作行為的綠化空間 分為三種類型:「室內綠化」、「戶外自然空間」與「自然窗景」,則進一步分別探討不同類型空間 的健康促進效益,再以理論與實證研究做為基礎,提出促進使用者健康之綠化設計原則,並透過AI輔 助繪製的示意圖,具體呈現這些設計原則在學習和工作環境中的應用潛力。本文針對學習與工作場域, 歸納出三種環境類型的綠化設計來提升使用者的自然接觸:建置室內綠化系統、營造自然窗景以規劃 戶外自然空間。這些設計策略不僅可改善學習與工作環境的品質,支持使用者的健康福祉,也指出景 觀研究與實務領域的重要發展趨勢。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the structure of modern urbanized society, most students and workers spend the majority of their time in buildings or indoor environments lacking natural elements, leading to issues such as lack of concentration, fatigue, anxiety, irritability, and other negative physical and mental health problems. However, numerous studies have indicated that exposure to natural environments or elements can significantly improve individuals' physical and mental health. This study categorizes the green spaces related to learning and work behavior into three types: "indoor greenery," "outdoor natural spaces," and "natural views." It further explores the health-promoting benefits of these different types of spaces, and based on theoretical and empirical research, proposes green design principles that promote user health. Additionally, the study uses AI-assisted illustrations to demonstrate the potential application of these design principles in learning and work environments. This paper identifies three types of green space design for learning and work environments to enhance users' contact with nature: establishing indoor greenery systems, creating natural views, and planning outdoor natural spaces. These design strategies not only improve the quality of learning and work environments supporting users' health and well-being, but also highlight significant development trends in landscape research and practice. |
