| 中文摘要 | 影響學生學習成效的因素甚多,學習動機、學習態度與學習滿意度均是影響學生學習成效的主因,學習能力差,並不代表其學習成效表現就不好,原因可能就出在學習動機的不足,或是學習的態度不正確;動機是驅動行為的來源,動機反映出學生在學習上的偏好與需求,想要提高學習的意願,必須先瞭解學習的動機,從而引導學生促進其學習活動,進一步增進其學習成效。研究結果得知學習態度與學習滿意度均具有部分中介效果,由此可知當休閒系學生在學習過程中,如其學習動機不高時,教師如能有效的提高學生的學習態度,可彌補學生學習動機的不足,以便提升學員學習成效之表現。而學習滿意度在學習動機與學習態度和學習成效間均具有部分中介效果,由此可知,當學生學習動機不高以及學生在學習過程中的學習態度較不好了,教師可以透過課程教學、專業技術、教師個人實務經驗、課堂氣氛、課程安排與規劃、教材準備或是教室的軟硬體設備等等,如果教師可透過這些因素來提升學員學習滿意度的話,也可以有效提升學員學習成效。 |
| 英文摘要 | There are many factors that affect students' learning effectiveness, learning motivation, learning attitude and learning satisfaction are the main factors that affect students' learning effectiveness, poor learning ability does not mean that their learning effectiveness performance is not good, the reason may be the lack of learning motivation, or learning attitude is not correct;Motivation is the source of driving behavior, motivation reflect students' learning preferences and needs, in order to improve the willingness to learn, we must first understand the motivation of learning, so as to guide students to promote their learning activities and further enhance their learning effectiveness. The results of the study show that learning attitude and learning satisfaction have a partial intermediary effect, which shows that when leisure students are not high in the learning process, if their learning motivation is not high, if the teacher can effectively improve the student's learning attitude, it can make up for the lack of student learning motivation, so as to improve the performance of the student's learning effectiveness. Learning satisfaction has a part of the intermediary effect between learning motivation and learning attitude and learning effectiveness, which shows that when the student's learning motivation is not high and the student's learning attitude in the learning process is relatively bad, the teacher can effectively improve the learning effect of the student through course teaching, professional technology, teacher's personal practical experience, classroom atmosphere, course arrangement and planning, textbook preparation or classroom software and hardware equipment, etc. If the teacher can improve the learning satisfaction of the students through these factors, it can also effectively improve the learning effectiveness of the students. |
