| 中文摘要 | 本研究以不同類型的英文電影為教材,透過配音活動提供學生不同的口語學習經驗,從而提升英語學習動機;並以行動研究為架構,依電影主題發展相關教學活動,包含影片配音、學習心得、課後問卷等,結合質化與量化分析,檢視學生之英語聽講訓練與學習動機。結果顯示,經由反覆不斷的練習,影片配音不僅提高了學生開口說英語的意願,亦間接促進學生主動參與、執行任務以及解決問題的能力。影片情境提供了良好的語言示範,有助於英語學習與提高學習動機,亦期望基於本研究基礎,持續引導學生正向英語語言學習經驗與習慣,從而達成終身學習的目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | The use of various media resources in language teaching and learning is widely recognized. This action research was conducted to investigate the effects on students' oral speaking, as well as their attitude toward performing a video synchronization task. The students were non-English majors with different English proficiency levels from different departments at a private university in northern Taiwan. In addition to collecting students' pre- and post-surveys, a film dubbing task with individual and group reflections was also conducted to understand students' perceptions of task delivery. The results showed that the movies played a vivid and natural role for students in immersing themselves in the target language and raising their awareness of English. Students enjoyed the task and showed positive attitudes toward the use of movies as a means of improving their oral language skills. The results also provide evidence for improving the curriculum to enhance the quality of instruction and student learning outcomes. |
