英文摘要 | Children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) encounter numerous challenges in the learning process. Furthermore, the lack of motivation to participate in physical activity or physcial education (PE) classes may result from low self-confidence, preventing them from maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, these children do not have significant physical disabilities, often leading to their neglect in the provision of adapted physcial education services. The concept of physical literacy is widely promoted internationally, and there is substantial literature supporting its effectiveness in fostering improvements in healthy lifestyle behaviors for both children with typical development and special needs. Its goal is to develop competence, knowledge, and self-confidence in fundamental movement skills, aligning with the principles of the 2019 Curriculum Guidelines, which centers on literacy. This article proposes a strategy based on the framework of physical literacy to promote health behaviors in children with DCD. |
