中文摘要 | 綠能已成為全球能源發展的目標。安裝光電板收穫太陽能源為綠能轉型的關鍵要素。在相同土地上同時使用以收獲陽光能源與生產農作物稱為農業光電系統(Agrovaltalic system, AVS)。農業光電系統可以提高了土地利用效率,而且通過同時生產可再生能源和幫助農業,創造了能源和糧食生產的協同效應。在此評論中介紹了台灣目前光電板與農業的結合方式,農業光電系統的優點,土地當量比指標量化效益,與及農電系統對能源與微氣候的影響。以研究文獻說明探討光電系統對作物生產之影響。結果顯示農電系統並非完全造成作物減產,在一些情況下面板下方作物產量反而增加。因此需要進行更詳細研究。世界各國與台灣對於農電系統的使用法規加以介紹,對於台灣現有爭議提出建議。收集各國對於農用光電系統選用作物資料做為參考。最後針對台灣農電系統使用的挑戰與展望,在此篇評論提出建議,包括三層面的生產規劃,科技農業三E的引進,產量之比較基準,經濟評估指標,與善用農業科技對於光電系統作物生產之改善。 |
英文摘要 | Green energy has become the goal of global energy development. Installing photovoltaic panels to harvest solar energy is a key element of green energy transformation. The dual-use of land to harvest light and produce crops is called an agrivoltaic system (AVS). Agrivoltaic systems can improve land use efficiency and create synergies in energy and food production by producing renewable energy and agricultural products. In this review, we introduce the current agrivoltaic system in Taiwan, discuss the advantages of agrivoltaic systems, quantify the index of their benefits with the land equivalent ratio, and the impact of agrivoltaic systems on energy harvesting and microclimate under panels. The literature survey indicated that agrivoltaic systems do not completely cause yield reduction of crops. In some cases, crop yields increased beneath the panels. A more detailed study is therefore required. The laws and regulations on the use of agrivoltaic systems for several countries and Taiwan were introduced. The suggestion for existing disputes in Taiwan was proposed. The information on the suggested crops cultivated under panels was collected from the literature. Finally, this review puts forward suggestions on the challenges and prospects for the use of agrivoltaic systems in Taiwan, including three-level production planning, the introduction of the three E’s of agricultural technology, the comparison benchmark of production, economic evaluation indicators, and making good use of agricultural technology for agrivoltaic systems. |
