中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討使用不同在面敷蓋材料,茶園微氣候因子之變化及其對茶樹 (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) 產量及品質之影響,以做為不同環境下選擇敷蓋材料改 進生產條件之依據。 本研究於 1994~1997 年在臺東縣鹿野鄉龍田臺地臺茶 12 號茶園於夏 冬季節進行茶樹行間敷蓋,包括植生百嘉草、稻草、黑色塑膠布敷蓋。結果顯示,年度間同 季節之氣候變化有明顯差異;而且各敷蓋區之微氣候變化也有差異。夏冬季地面敷蓋分別有 降溫及保溫之效果,土壤水分含量也較高,尤其於乾旱季節最為明顯,以稻草敷蓋區效果最 好,而且夏茶或冬茶均有明顯的增產效果,旱季減產也較其他敷蓋區低。化學成分雖在年度 間有明顯差異,但敷蓋處理間則差異較小;製茶品質在年度及敷蓋處理間差異均不明顯。 |
英文摘要 | The experiment was to investigate the effect of different mulching materials on the tea garden microclimate, yield and manufacture quality of tea tree (Camellia sinensis (L.)Kuntze) from 1994 to 1997 in the summer- and winter-tea seasons at Lungteng of Luyeh district, in Taitung. The mulching treatments included vegetation bahia grass, rice straw, black PE mulching. The result showed that climatic factors in different year were significantly different for the same crop seasons. Microclimate of different mulching treatments were also different. Mulching the tea garden with black PE or rice straw increased soil temperature in winter-tea season, but decreased it in hot summer-tea season and increased soil water content, especially in drought season. The rice straw mulching was best among all the mulching treatments due to increased summer-and winter-tea yield. The yield decrease was also lower than other mulching treatments in drought season. On the otherhand, although chemical composition in tea leaves had significant difference in different year, only small difference were observed among different mulchings. Differences in manufacturing quality had no significant difference among years nor mulchings. |
