中文摘要 | 國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會(簡稱退輔會)配合政府長照2.0政策,自2017年2月15日起釋放所屬榮譽國民之家(簡稱榮民之家)總床位2%-5%提供一般民申請入住安養或養護期能達到資源共享目標。經查該方案開放迄今,一般民眾入住率逐月提升,且有很多長輩仍在系統(線上)登記候住,大幅改善各地區榮譽國民之家長久以來空床率問題,彌補政府推動長照2.0的資源不足,為全民長期照顧服務注入一股新力量。本案旨在探討一般民眾入住榮譽國民之家的服務品質、住戶滿意度及付費入住意願間關連性。案內研究對象:已經入住榮民之家安養或養護的一般民眾,並以問卷發放方式,實施研究成果驗證與分析,以利後續退輔會擴大開放一般民眾得以入住比率,做為政府推動長照政策最佳後盾;經實際訪查全國16所榮譽國民之家,並以北中南東等地區劃分,計抽取八德、新竹、中彰、雲林、白河、台南、高雄及花蓮等八所榮民之家住民(一般民眾)實施問卷,所獲結果顯示:一、服務品質對付費入住意願具有正向顯著關係。二、住戶滿意度對付費入住意願具有正向顯著關係。三、服務品質對住戶滿意度具有正向顯著關係。四、住戶滿意度對服務品質與付費(購買)入住意願具有中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study intends to understand its empirical case, in relations of its general civilians, linking to the three variable roles such as service quality, satisfaction, and purchase intention. The participants in this study here were general civilians who have already lived in the Veteran Home. Along with this vein, we thus carried out the questionnaires from 16 Veteran Home for conducting the analyses of validation and reliability essentially into the result section, which was presented by the following three statements: 1. the role of service quality helps uplift its purchase intention, in term that there is a significant relationship positively between the role players of service quality with buying willingness in Veteran Home; 2. the role of satisfaction helps uplift its purchase intention, in term that there is a significant relationship positively between the role players of satisfaction with buying willingness in Veteran Home;3. the role of service quality helps uplift its satisfaction, in term that there is a significant relationship positively between the role players of service quality with satisfaction in Veteran Home; 4. the role of satisfaction mediates the main effect between service quality and its purchase intention. According to the new findings as the base lines indeed, we suggest the existence of co-relationships significantly as the rational approaches more closely for realizing the Veteran Home where how the LTC 2.0 resources support its management teams in order to promote the living civilians toward their purchase intention continuously. |
