中文摘要 | 今日,培養學生跨語言、跨文化的溝通能力,養成適應國際化時代就業市場的能力是台灣教育的重要目標之一。新住民子女因出生背景的因素,除了在地語言之外又具備另一外語能力以及跨文化溝通能力,這就是未來跨國就業或在台灣處理跨國背景事務能力的優勢。近年來,台灣內政部、教育部、各學校單位、基金會及新住民協會等為了發揮新住民與子女的語言優勢而積極地舉辦母語師資培訓課程,以做好推動新住民母語學習的準備。目前台灣越南語教學,在國中小學推動新住民語文課程,在高中職及大專院校推動東南亞語選修課程。新住民語文師資培訓的目標是為了因應108學年度新住民語文課程正式實施,以滿足師資人數及專業能力的需求。本研究以語言教學專業知能之相關理論、越南國內之越南語教學師資培訓、以及台灣現行的越南語教學培訓計畫為探討文獻,透過資料蒐集分析、問卷調查以及訪談方法,進一步了解越南語教學師資培訓之現況及目前所面對的問題,並為未來師資培訓課程發展提出建議,以做為未來台灣越南語教學師資培訓課程的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In today’s globalization and its impact, multilingual communications and intercultural competence have been considered as the important skills in global marketing. In order to facilitate young students with the best starting point of career adaptability skills, the educators and policy-makers in Taiwan have put it in the first place of education goal. Obviously, new immigrants’ children who develop more than one language, the multicultural and multilingual background have provided a benefit for them to become an excellent multi-taskers in the future global workplace. In recent years, the program of mother tongue teacher training has been initiated by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Education, various schools and foundations, and the association for New Immigrants in Taiwan, in view of bringing all positive factors of new immigrant offspring into full play. In current Vietnamese language education program, the government has implemented the policies of mother tongue language learning for new immigrant offspring in elementary and high school, as well as promoting Southeast Asian languages as a second language learning for the elective course in senior high school and college. The targets of teacher training for new immigrants’ native language teaching aim to fulfill the needs of ample amounts of teachers and the demand of qualified teaching competence for the implementation of new immigrants’ native language education policy in 2019. Within the teachers’ professional knowledge and competence theory and Vietnamese teacher training program in Vietnam has been taken as references. Moreover, the current study and program of Vietnamese teacher training in Taiwan, this report is to be seen in that content. This study will go into collecting the data, and also questionnaires and interviews will be collected, for the purpose of a discussion about the situation and current problem of Vietnamese teacher training in Taiwan. The expectations of this study are providing the beneficial references and contents for Vietnamese teacher training in Taiwan. |
