中文摘要 | 本研究以某私立大學社會工作科系為例,訪談該系兩位教師、兩位已修畢社會工作管理課程之大學部四年級學生及兩位將修習課程的大學部三年級學生,並搭配協同式教學觀察員之紀錄來加以分析,以瞭解「社會工作管理」一科學生的學習型態、科目特性、協同式教學成效之預估。本研究有以下發現:(1)學生學習型態面-學生對於理論學理理解方面的學習能力較為薄弱,學生的學習型態屬於「具體型學習者」、「視覺型學習者」、「行動型學習者」,故對於間接服務及研究屬性課程的學習較不易,學生也需有更多的自由闡述、「做中學」等實務操作機會;(2)「社會工作管理」課程本質面-社會工作管理之科目特性較具理論性與抽象度,學生應有學理理論的準備與理解能力,以及個人與管理有關之經驗;(3)教師教學策略面-教師教學上應非單一形式,要讓學生與實務能有所互動與結合,而此課程之協同式教學,預估應有正面學習效果。本研究建議:(1)社會工作管理授課教師除學理知識之傳授外,可著墨教學原理及設計,並運用適切教學策略來進行之;(2)社會工作系所對於社會工作教育應有更多自我對話與全面性教育規劃;(3)應考慮適度與社會工作管理實務有更多的合作而有情境式教學。 |
英文摘要 | This study takes a social work department of private university as an example and interviews two teachers of the department, two seniors who have studied social work management in the section of university and two juniors who will study the course. The analysis is also based on the record of team teaching observers to explore learning style of students of "social work management", characteristics of subject and estimation of team teaching outcome. Findings of this study are shown below: (1) Students' learning style: students' learning competence to comprehend theories is inferior and their learning style refers to "concrete learners", "visual learners" and "active learners". Therefore, learning of indirect service and research course is more difficult. Students need more practical opportunities of free statements and "learning in doing"; (2) Essence of "social work management": subject characteristic of social work management is more theoretical and abstract. Students should be prepared and have the comprehensive competence of theories and experience related to individuals and management; (3) Teachers' instructional strategy: teachers' instruction should not be fixed. Students should be allowed to interact and combine with the practice. Team teaching of the course is expected to lead to positive learning outcome. Suggestions of this study: (1) Teachers of social work management not only instruct theoretical knowledge, but also can emphasize instructional principle and design and practice by appropriate instructional strategy; (2) Department of social work should develop more self-dialogue and overall educational planning on social work education; (3) More cooperation with practice of social work management and situational instruction. |
