| 中文摘要 | 研究目的:透過八週的增強式訓練後,甲組女子籃球選手在爆發力的表現上是否有差異。研究方法:本研究以臺灣甲組女子籃球隊選手,36 名為受試對象,分成實驗組(18 人)與對照組(18 人),實驗組與對照組接受籃球訓練課程外,實驗組須額外實施增強式訓練,為期八週,每週訓練二次,實驗前後均測量受試者之28 公尺衝刺、立定三次跳、垂直跳,並以成對樣本t 檢定比較同組內訓練前後之差異,另以單因子共變數分析比較訓練後各組間之差異。研究結果:一、實驗組在八週的增強式訓練後,組內對28 公尺衝刺、立定三次跳、垂直跳,皆有顯著進步。二、實驗組在八週的增強式訓練後,組間對28 公尺衝刺與垂直跳顯著優於對照組,立定三次跳則沒有達到顯著差異。結論:本研究實驗結果得知,增強式訓練能有效提升爆發能力。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an 8 weeks plyometric training program on explosive strength performance. Methods: Subjects were 36 female basketball players from division one women basketball team in Taiwan analyzed for 28m sprint, standing triple jump, and vertical jump before and after an 8-week training program. The control group had the regular basketball training through 8-weeks training program, while the experimental group had 2 extra plyometric training sessions per week through 8-week training program. Data were analyzed by paired sample t-test to compare the differences between the two groups before and after the training, and t-text to compare the differences within the group after the training. Results: 1. After 8-week training program, the experimental group had significant improvement on 28m sprint, vertical jump, and standing triple jump. 2. After 8-week training program, experimental group had significant better performance on 28m sprint and vertical jump than control group; however, no significant difference was found on standing triple jump for both experimental group and control group. Conclusion: Plyometric training was found to help increase the explosive strength performance on basketball players. |
