中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討護理人員對於急診職場暴力之認知和因應方式,運用焦點團體法訪談九位某醫學中心急診室曾遭受職場暴力且願意分享遭到職場暴力時之經驗與感受之護理同仁為對象,年齡28 至45 歲,根據訪談內容進行逐字稿分析與萃取,將有意義之語句進行譯碼、逐步歸納出重要類別後形成急診職場暴力認知與處理相關之五大主題,分別為(一)無法預測的侵犯;(二)暴力風險徵兆與行為;(三)團隊支援化解情緒危機;(四)嚇阻戰略之應用;(五)諮商關懷與自我裝備。期望經由本研究結果,作為急診職場實務工作者及相關行政管理者作為擬定職場安全措施提供及建構安全工作環境之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the cognition and management of emergency nurses experiencing workplace violence. Nurses experiencing workplace violence in the emergency department of a medical center were included in the study, and nine nurses aged 28 to 45 years were enrolled. They were willing to express their experience and feelings, and participated in focus group interviews. On the basis of a content analysis, we summed up the following five major themes: (1) unpredictable violations, (2) risk signs and behavior of violence, (3) team support to resolve an emotional crisis, (4) application of deterrence strategies, and (5) consultation and self-preparedness. The results of this study can serve as a reference for emergency practitioners and administrators involved in providing safe working environments for emergency personnel and establishing workplace safety measures. |
