中文摘要 | 本研究以訪談的方法搜集臺灣學生學習英語的經歷,6位訪談 者,一對一訪談10位從小學到大學之學生,被訪談學生英語力都在 中上,都認為學英語重要。訪談過程從信任關係建立之後,請被訪談 學生回答學習英語的興趣、動機、途徑等的經歷。訪談資料分析結果 發現:1.受訪學生都知道英語是全球化的工具。2.英語學習環境的個別差異很大,然而,都以學校外之環境,如補習班或在家生活等。3.自然練習的環境優於結構的學習環境。4.大多學生都是因為情境有趣 而進步。建議以情境理論來增進學生的英語力。 |
英文摘要 | Six researchers had interviewed Ten Taiwan students to collect the data about their English learning experiences. The six researchers had one by one interviewed ten individual students from primary to university. All of ten students’ English language ability were in the middle or in the advance, and they all believed learning English should be very important. After researcher had set up a trust-relationship with participant, they shared autonomously about the experiences of learning English motivation, interest, and approach. The research had found that: 1. the participants knew English should be a global communication tool. 2. Each participant had had very different learning environment; however, all of their critical experiences of English learning came from cram schools or the family living practice not formal schools. 3. Natural practice environment could be better than structure learning environment for learning English. 4. Most of participants had got the learning progress because of their interesting experiences. Therefore, the researchers suggest that the situated learning theory should be very important to improve English language ability. |
