中文摘要 | 豌豆為臺灣重要冬季蔬菜之一,產區主要集中在臺灣中部地區,以白粉病(Powdery mildew)為其主要病害,現有推廣之品種如‘台中11號’及大部份商業品種均不抗白粉病。豌豆‘台中16號’係臺中區農業改良場為改良此缺點,於1998年以‘87156’為母本與‘台中11號’為父本進行雜交,雜交後代經過選拔後,進入品系比較試驗、區域試驗及重要園藝特性檢定等試驗,於2013年6月19日正式取得植物品種權。其園藝性狀為株型蔓性,白花,播種至開花日數約48天,豆莢鮮綠色,單莢重約3.7 g,屬於嫩莢用,完熟種子呈圓球形,種皮黃白色,種臍白色。平均產量為1,247 kg/0.1 ha,較對照品種‘台中11號’可增產26%,較‘在來白花’可增產24%。新品種‘台中16號’具有抗白粉病、生育旺盛、嫩莢美觀、豐產及品質優良等特性,並已授權種苗業者生產販售,將能提供農民種植豌豆之新選擇。 |
英文摘要 | Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is one of the important winter vegetables in central Taiwan. The powdery mildew (Erysiphe polygoni DC.) is a major disease in pea production. However, The Pea 'Taichung 11', the current major cultivar and the other commercials are all susceptible to powdery mildew. The new 'Taichung 16' was developed by Taichung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station to meet the demand. This variety was selected from the posterity of '87156'×'Taichung 11' since 1998. The 'Taichung 16' obtained the resistant ability to powdery mildew, and grows stronger with good quality and high yield. This cultivar is fresh pod use with high type, white flower, green pod, round seed, yellow and white seed coat, white hilum and single pod weight of 3.7 g. This cultivar could blossom on 48 days after sowing, and the average yield could reach to 1,247 kg per 0.1 ha that is 26% higher than 'Taichung 11' and 24% higher than 'Native White Flower'. It was registered and released on June 19, 2013, potentially to be a new cultivar choice for pea farmer in Taiwan. |
