中文摘要 | 豌豆“臺中15號”係臺中區農業改良場為改良臺灣地區豌豆苗品種之缺點,於1991年以“80-73”為母本與“黑目”相雜交。母本“80-73”為“黑目”בMexique’之F6代抗白粉之選系,蔓性,晚花,莖葉粗大,分枝極多,葉濃黃綠色,惟嫩葉不耐濕,易腐。父本“黑目”係由日本引進,原名‘Wusui’,為嫩豆用種,但因其晚花,蔓性,分枝力強;葉綠色,中等大,葉片耐濕性強;豆苗豐產,肥大味佳;惟植株不抗白粉病。 本雜交組合採用系譜法進行育種,為加速世代之演進,在F1~F4時,每年培育2個世代。1994 年由其雜交後代,選出抗白粉病、莖葉粗大、晚花及分枝多之優良品系 “臺中苗系7 號”,並經過初級及高級品系比較試驗、區域試驗及重要園藝特性檢定等試驗,於2003 年12月11日經審查通過,正式命名為豌豆 “臺中15號”,並准予推廣。 豌豆“臺中15號”植株型態屬蔓性,分枝力強;豆苗栽培時,始收期株高約40 cm ,始收主蔓節位11~14 節,終期株高約60 cm ;採種栽培時,主蔓第23節左右起開始開花,花白色,株高約131 cm 。秋冬作播種後30~40 天可開始採摘豆苗,全生育日數約100 天。豆苗莖粗、葉大形、濃黃綠色,品質良好。由於單苗重較對照品種“黑目”增加12.2% ,故可提高採收效率,並迎合市場之需求。秋冬作每公頃平均豆苗產量為1.34 mt,較“黑目”增產21.2% 。本品種抗白粉病,可節省噴藥防治成本、避免藥害及殘毒情形發生。由於本品種具有豆苗產量高,外形肥大,植株抗白粉病等優良特性,對於提高國內葉用豌豆單位面積產量及增加農民收益將有很大助益。 |
英文摘要 | ‘Taichung 15’ pea is a newly bred variety of shoot pea (Pisum sativum L.) which was developed by Taichung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station, using pedigree breeding method from the cross “80-73” × ‘Wusui’ in 1991. It was registered and released in December 2003. The plant is tall type, usually reaching 131 cm in height with dark yellowish green leaves and more branches than ‘Wusui’. The first picking date for tender shoots generally starts at 30-40 days after sowing for autum/winter crops. The growing period is about 100 days. The shoots have large stems and leaves which are about 12.2% heavier than ‘Wusui’. Owing to the larger shoots, it is labor-saving for hand picking and is highly appreciated by local market. Results of regional yield trial showed that shoot yield of ‘Taichung 15’ pea averaged approximately 13.4 metric tons per hectare, that was almost 21.2% higher than ‘Wusui’. The stem and pod of this variety are resistant to powdery mildew (Erysiphe polygoni DC), only the leaf is sligltly susceptible but does not affect its plant vigor and shoot yield. With outstanding performances in high yield, large shoot, and powdery mildew resistance, this new variety has been welcomed by local farmers. |
