| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討不同細胞分裂素與濃度對豔紅鹿子百合鱗片培植體瓶內再生與形態發生的影響。細胞分裂素以6-benzyladenine (BA)處理較能影響豔紅鹿子百合瓶內培養再生小鱗莖之生長與分配。kinetin與thidiazuron (TDZ)處理雖能改變再生小鱗莖發育,但效果不如BA處理。當MS培養基添加0.1 mg.L^(-1) NAA組合1 mg.L^(-1) BA時,再生小鱗莖幾乎未見根與葉片形成。生物量分配亦呈現相同的結果,高濃度BA處理能誘導生物量集中於小鱗莖,kinetin與TDZ處理則無顯著效果。因此,建議豔紅鹿子百合瓶內鱗片培植體培養小鱗莖的形成及其後續生長,以BA為外加細胞分裂素,較有助於小鱗莖貯藏器官的形成和發育。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study was to explore the influences of different types of cytokinin and concentrations on the bulblet regeneration and morphogensis of showy lily by scale culture in vitro. The result showed that 6-benzyladenine (BA) had better effort on the development and partition with bulblet from scale culture in vitro. The kinetin and thidiazuron (TDZ) treatment had the similar effort, but not alike BA treatment. When medium supplement 0.1 mg.L^(-1) NAA combination with 1 mg.L^(-1) BA, the in vitro regeneration of root and leaf of bulblet derived from scale explant was not present. Via biomass partition also had similar result in which the higher concentration of BA treatment resulted in heavier bulblet more than the kinetin and TDZ treatment effort. Therefore, BA treatment was proved to be more favorable than kinetin and TDZ on scale culture for bulblet formation and in vitro growth of showy lily. |
