中文摘要 | 我國歷年女性警察人數呈上升趨勢,2013年已達6.73%。女警對警察組織具有正面效益,有效促進為民服務的角色及對婦幼案件的勝任優勢,但是常因為性別差異使得女性警察所受到的待遇與男性有所不同。本文旨在以羅爾斯《正義論》為基礎,並運用其「兩個原則」來檢視,女性警察性別差異對待問題。希望透過「平等自由」、「機會均等與差異原則」來進行分析警察機關當前差異對待問題。 |
英文摘要 | The number of female police officer has increased over the years. The population percentage of female officers has reached 6.73% in 2013. The female officers bring positive influence to the police organization through effectively serving the civilians and being suitable in dealing with cases involving women and children. However, female officers are being treated unequally in comparison to male officers due to sexual differences. This paper is based on A Theory of Justice by John Rawls, and uses the two principles of justice to investigate the issues of sexual differences. Furthermore, this paper is expected to help analyze and practically exploit the current sexual difference issues in the police organization through "equal basic liberties" and "equal opportunity and difference" principles. |
