中文摘要 | 進口原油首先到煉油廠的蒸餾工場,依其沸點不同初步分餾出不同餾份的油品,底部重質油再往下進行因環保或性能需求的進一步處理,最後再供應相關成品油,以供大眾使用增進生活的便利。近年來雖然凝結油(Condensate)的興起,但因為原油蘊藏量仍然日益枯竭,造成開採難度增高,連帶使原油的品質日益變差,使得煉製的困難度及成本增加,如一般的管制指標,水含量、鹽含量及油泥等等都比以往高,這樣的演變嚴重衝擊一般蒸餾工場的原來材料設計及傳統一脫四注的防蝕策略。本研究從一蒸餾工場的大修實地檢視,發現腐蝕發生位置已與以往的認知有所不同,就連原來腐蝕應該極其輕微的主蒸餾塔中段區域也有明顯的腐蝕問題,此結果證明了面對原油品質的變化,原來的腐蝕防治策略並不足以解決現在面對的腐蝕威脅。為解決目前困境,本文從原來一脫四注的腐蝕防治方法出發,嘗試提出新的材料選用思維,再透過線上監控相關技術的配合,希望建立比較理想且可行的防蝕策略,確保蒸餾工場的安全操作。 |
英文摘要 | The distillation unit played an important role to the crude oil processing. The crude oil contained different corrosive media like sulfur, salt and chloride. Corrosion-related problems should be fixed effectively to ensure the safety of the unit operation. Traditional control methods like desalter addition, chemical injection and material selection are demonstrated to be the main solutions for many years. But crude-condensation-caused problems become more complicated recent years. From this distillation unit turnaround examination, it showed different corrosion areas and modes. That means we should have new strategy to face challenge. Sometimes, special chemicals like high temperature corrosion inhibitor, calcium removal agent and material upgrade are necessary. Fe/Ni ratio analysis on line monitor will be very helpful for corrosion control. |
