中文摘要 | 壬二酸為目前市面上常見的抗痘成分,本研究係利用以電化學預氧化處理之網版印刷碳電極(簡稱, SPCE*)搭配高效液相層析法(簡稱,HPLC)來測定化妝品中的抗痘成分壬二酸,SPCE*經由提供+2.0 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)高氧化電位,使電極表面的碳氧化並生成表面官能基。研究中顯示這些預氧化處理生成之表面官能基,可以有效提高壬二酸的感應電流,且提壬二酸偵測的靈敏度。而為增加未來研究的實用性,研究中也將 SPCE*搭配HPLC使用,經過探討後HPLC的分離條件為,在C18的層析管柱(充填直徑3µm之顆粒)、含有5% (v/v)甲醇溶液之0.1molL-1 pH = 7的磷酸鹽緩衝液(PBS)中。SPCE*的線性範圍為10至700 ppm 的相關係數為0.997,經過計算後其偵測極限為為0.33 ppm (S/N= 3)。而再現性方面在連續 10次注入50與 500 ppm的壬二酸後其所得之相對標準偏差為3.87%和2.50%。未來我們也希望可以將此方法應用至真實樣品中。 |
英文摘要 | Determination of azelaic acid (AzA) at an electrochemically preanodized screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE*) coupling with HPLC was reported in this work. The SPCE* was pre-treated by high potential (+2.0 V (vs.Ag/AgCl)) to generate surface functional groups. These surface functional groups were observed enhancing the faradic current of the AzA. The HPLC separation was carried out on a C18 column (3µm particles) with 0.1molL-1 pH = 7 phosphate buffer (PBS) containing 5% (v/v) methanol solution. The linear working range of SPCE* was ranged from 10 to 700 mgL-1 of AzA (R2 =0.997) with a calculated LOD value (S/N=3) was 0.33 mgL-1. The stability of SPCE* were demonstrated after 10 consecutive injection of 50 or 500ppm of AzA with RSD values were 3.87 % and 2.50 %, respectively. |
