中文摘要 | 隨著立法趨勢的演變,社會救助與福利服務類的相關法律大量地立法通過實施,社會工作介入逐漸地被納入相關法律規定內,而且比重愈來愈吃重。從早期的少年觀護、成人觀護、監所矯治,以及後續家庭暴力保護,甚至是犯罪被害人與加害人間的修復式正義議題。司法社會工作作為一個新興的專業,它不僅須具備社會工作原本的專業要求,對於司法相關領域的法規認知與實務理解也是必要的。本研究透過協同教學與翻轉學習的教學策略,檢驗修課學生在司法社工概論這門課程的學習效果。經過調查問卷與八位立意取樣學生的個別訪談,量化或質性的分析結果均顯示,協同教學讓同學與實務工作者直接面對面的接觸,透過實務分享,引發同學對這些領域的興趣;研究結果顯示,對於司法社工領域的基本認識、實務的理解、相關概念的想法以及有關的專業知識方面,上述教學策略能有效達成教學目標的期待。 |
英文摘要 | According to legislative trends, social workers have begun to embrace a new specialty known as forensic social work. The role of forensic social workers in different settings: high risk youths service centers, juvenile courts, probation departments, adult corrections, domestic violence and victim assistance programs. And those fields that require considerable knowledge and practice experience, particularly in as much as it draws not only on the knowledge base of the social work profession, but that of law profession as well. About the course of forensic social work, this study aim to evaluate the teaching effectiveness using team teaching and flip learning teaching strategy. In conclusion, according to the survey of self-designed questionnaire for all students who completed that course and individual interview (N=8), that students were satisfied with the teaching method and course content. |
