中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討組織信任、組織承諾與組織氣氛對工作滿意度之影響,並使用階層線性模式針對國民小學教師進行資料調查分析。研究發現組織信任對工作滿意度有顯著正向的影響效果;組織承諾對工作滿意度有顯著正向的影響效果;組織氣氛在「教師組織承諾對工作滿意度的影響關係」中存在調節效果。針對上述結果,本研究提出相關的討論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the effects of organizational trust, organizational commitment and organizational climate on job satisfaction. Survey of elementary school teachers, and using hierarchical linear modeling to analyze the data. Study found Job satisfaction, organizational trust has a significant positive effect; Job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect; organizational climate at the "teachers' organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect relations" in the presence of moderating effects. In response to these findings, the study presents related discussions and suggestions. |
