中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在探尋可以落實教保專業倫理、提高專業形象、促進專業發展的幼兒園領導模式。透過企業倫理與教育領導倫理議題的文獻探討,以及高品質幼兒園所的領導研究分析,發現在倫理、道德、關懷等共同議題上,企業組織與教育機構的領導目標近年來呈現相同的發展趨勢,而高品質幼兒園所也發現類似的領導特質:對內強調關懷信任與學習成長、對外重視責任承諾與永續發展。台灣幼兒園過去在專業發展的努力方向,偏重於發展課程特色、提昇教師資格、加強經營管理或行銷策略等,較少注意到一般企業與教育機構藉由倫理倡議、道德領導帶動專業發展的共同趨勢。期待透過本文的探討分析,能夠引發教保夥伴對於幼兒園倫理領導議題的關注、思考與行動,營造出更多可以永續發展的高品質幼兒園所。 |
英文摘要 | Reviewing literatures of ethical leadership or moral leadership in business enterprises, educational institutes, and successful kindergarten or daycare directors, the same objectives are found: caring, trust and growth for inside relationships, and duty, commitment and development for outside relationship. For a long time, Taiwan's kindergarten and daycares pursuit theft professional development by developing curricula, upgrading teachers' qualification or improving management skills or marketing strategies, rarely pay attentions to the function of ethical leadership in professional development. Wishing more concerns, thoughts, and actions could be leaded toward ethical leadership and moral leadership in early childhood education, in order to expecting more successful kindergarten or daycares. |
