中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討持住時間與作業高度對於女性頭上作業之最大可承受持住能力之影響。共徵募15位女性受試者,以心物法來收集和檢定在不同之作業高度(頭頂高、過頭手及和最大過頭手及)與持住時間(30秒、1分、2分和3分)對於頭頂作業(天花板)之最大可承受持住重量(Maximum Acceptable Weights of Holding,MAWH)、心搏率(Heart Rate,HR)以及主觀知覺施力評量(Rating of Perceived Exertion,RPE)之效應。結果發現作業高度對於MAWH均具有顯著效應,而對於HR和整體RPE無顯著效應,持住時間對於MAWH、HR和整體RPE均有顯著的效應。MAWH隨著作業高度的增加而增加,但卻隨著持住時間的增加而下降。此外,作業高度和持住時間對於身體各部位之RPE具有顯著的效應,頭頂高之手臂最累,最大過頭手及之肩膀最累;持住時間整體上以3分鐘最累。也因此本研究建議女性頭上之持住作業應盡量降低每次的作業時間在2分鐘以下,並盡量減少手臂的施力。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the effect of holding time and working height on maximum acceptable holding capacity in overhead work. Fifteen females participated in the experiment. The psycho-physical approach was used to examine the effects of different working heights (overhead , overhead reach and maximum reach height) and different holding times (30s, 1, 2 and 3 minutes) on the maximum acceptable weight of holding (MAWH), heart rate (HR) and rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Participants simulated overhead work to hold a box vertical against ceiling. The re-sults indicated that the working height had a significant influence on MAWH. However, the heart rate and overall RPE were not significantly influenced by the working height. The results also indi-cated that MAWH, HR , but RPE values were significantly affected by holding time. The MAWH increased with working height and decreased with holding time. The body parts RPE values were significantly influenced by the working height and holding time. The most stresses body part of overhead height and the maximum reach height were the arms and shoulders, reapectively. The RPE values of 3 minute holding time was significantly larger than that for other times. In general, these findings indicated that the holding task of overhead should be not performed by overhead height and with shorter holding times below 2 minutes. |
