中文摘要 | 本研究旨在針對國人男性雙人物料提舉作業之問題進行研究,共徵募11 位男性受試者進行雙人提舉作業,以操作員的身高差異(2cm 、4cm 、6cm、8cm 、10cm 、12cm 、14cm) 、作業頻率(1 lift/min 及4 lifts/min) 為因子,使用心物法來收集1 小時作業期間,單人作業和雙人作業時之最大可承受提舉重量(maximum accept weight of lifting, MAWL) 、心搏率(heart rate, HR) 以及主觀知覺施力評量(rating of perceived exertion, RPE) 等資料。資料分析後發現,身高差異對於MAWL 的影響並不顯著,身高差異對於較矮的受試者之心搏率及RPE 則有顯著之效應(p<0.05) 。此外,提舉頻率對於最大可承受提舉重量與心搏率之效應為顯著(p<0.01) ,但對於身體各部位的主觀知覺評量表僅部份呈現顯著。最後本研究建立男性的雙人提舉預測模式,基於實用性的考量,以個人提舉重量總合(C3) 與個人的一次最大總合(MT) 為預測變項的模式二為最佳(R2=0.58, R2adj=0.55, PRESS=1495.62) 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore and assess manual material handling problems involving bi-manual lifting tasks. Eleven young male Chinese subjects were recruited to participate in the bi-manual lifting task. The psychophysical approach was used to investigate the effect of different standing heights (2cm, 4cm, 6cm, 8cm, 10cm, 12cm and 14cm) and the different lifting frequencies(1 lift/min and 4 lifts/min) on maximum acceptable weight of lifting(MAWL), heart rate(HR), and rating of perceived exertion (RPE) for a 1 hour work period. The results showed that the MAWL was not significantly affected by different standing heights. The mean HR values were significantly influenced by the different standing heights (p<0.05). However, the subjects’ MAWL and HR values were significantly influenced by lifting frequency (P<0.01). Some of the RPE values of the body segments were rated significantly different. Finally, based on the aforementioned results, the study developed prediction models for bi-manual lifting weight and lifting performance. The second model, using the sum of the individual lifting weight(C3) and the sum of the individual one time maximum weight(MT) is best (R2=0.58, R2adj =0.55, PRESS=1495.62). |
