中文摘要 | 研究方法:採用文獻研究、焦點專家座談(產、官、學界)及德爾菲( Delphi)專家問卷調查等,同時以三角交叉檢視方式進行此模式。 研究結果:以利用課程地圖(Curriculum Mapping)來分析規劃傳統醫療之護理人員臨床訓練教學模式之課程。本文歸納中醫護理「教、考、用、訓」之參考模式,分成一、中醫護理護理(核心)能力:應包含中醫護理健康評估、中醫護理基本技能、中醫護理照護知能、中醫護理健康指導、中醫護理倫理與法律素養、中醫護理進階技能、中醫護理實證研究。二、臨床訓練課程:中醫護理人員基礎護理訓練課程、進階護理訓練課程、專科護理訓練課程。三、中醫護理人員專業護理進階制度認證機制:分為 N1、N2、N3、N4,由臺灣中醫護理學會認證。四、中醫護理訓練課程教學策略:課室教學、遠距教學、專業實務能力鑑定測試。五、中醫護理訓練課程師資條件:(一)基礎護理訓練、進階護理訓練、專科護理訓練其課室教學師資分別為 1.具有教育部部定講師/助理教授以上資格且有教授中醫護理課程經驗者、2.中醫醫院或中醫部門(門診、住院)執行中醫護理臨床業務三/五年以上者且具有 N4資格、 3.中醫醫院或中醫部門(門診、住院 )執行中醫師臨床業務三/五年以上者,且具有總醫師 /主治醫師資格之符合條件之一;(二)基礎護理訓練、進階護理訓練、專科護理訓練其臨床實習師資分別為 1.具有教育部部定講師/助理教授以上資格且有教授中醫護理課程經驗者、 2.中醫醫院或中醫部門(門診、住院)執行中醫護理臨床業務三/五年以上者、 3.中醫醫院或中醫部門(門診、住院 )執行中醫師臨床業務三/五年以上者且具有 N4資格,且具有總醫師/主治醫師資格、具有臺灣中醫護理學會中醫護理臨床教學種子師資訓練認證合格者且臨床教師經驗一/二年之符合資格之一。標準化辯證施護程序以護理評估、護理診斷、護理計畫、護理執行、護理評值等,其護理評估工具參考西醫護理評估融入中醫辨證內容;護理診斷參考 NANDA(North American Nursing Diagnosis Association 北美護理診斷協會) 的基本要素 P.E.S:P(健康問題);E(導因);S(鑑定特徵)。 結論與建議:目前中醫醫學名詞定義缺乏共識,且學校中醫護理教育未普及化,具有中醫護理背景之高階師資不足外,中西醫結合護理的教學模式與標準化教科書皆缺乏,若能重視中西醫結合的護理實證研究,在中醫護理品質故能提升。建議衛生署中醫藥委員會能繼續重視中醫護理教育、醫院在職教育及實證研究相關並繼續提供相關研究經費。 |
英文摘要 | PURPOSES: This study is to develop an education and training model for the quality of TCM nursing care. METHODS: At the same time the use of literature research, focus group interview (industry, government, academia), and Delphi method conducted to view this model. RESULTS: The use of Curriculum Mapping to analyze the plan of the traditional medical model of clinical teaching in nursing programs. Summarized in an education, training and employment model for traditional Chinese medicine nursing is divided into traditional Chinese medicine nursing(core) ability: traditional Chinese medicine nursing health assessment, traditional Chinese medicine nursing basic skills, traditional Chinese medicine nursing care knowledge and skills, traditional Chinese medicine nursing health teaching, traditional Chinese medicine nursing ethical and legal literacy, traditional Chinese medicine nursing Advanced skills , traditional Chinese Evidence-Based Nursing Research .Second, clinical training curriculum:basic nursing ,advanced nursing and specialist nursing.Third, Certification mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of clinical ladder system is divided into N1, N2, N3 and N4, by Taiwan Traditional Chinese Medicine Nurses Association certification.Fourth, traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching strategy: Classroom teaching, distance instruction, Performance Examination. Five, traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching conditions: 1. basic nursing, advanced nursing and specialist nursing their classroom teaching teachers were (a) with the Ministry of Education lecturer / assistant professor of medicine for more than qualified to teach nursing courses and have experience, (b) traditional Chinese medicine hospitals or departments (Outpatient department, admission) the implementation of clinical medicine care business three / five years or more and has a N4 qualification, (c) traditional Chinese medicine hospitals or departments (Outpatient department, admission) clinical Executive Doctor of Chinese Medicine business three / five years or more, and has a chief resident / Visiting staff qualifications meet the conditions; 2.basic nursing, advanced nursing and specialist nursing practice their clinical teachers were (a) with the Ministry of education Lecturer / Assistant Professor Chinese medicine for more than qualified to teach nursing courses and have experience, (b) traditional Chinese medicine hospitals or departments (Outpatient department, admission) the implementation of clinical medicine care business three / five years or more, (c) traditional Chinese medicine hospitals or departments (Outpatient department , admission) Executive Doctor of Chinese Medicine clinical service three / five years or more and has a N4 qualification, and has a chief resident / Visiting staff qualifications, with Taiwan Traditional Chinese Medicine Nurses Association Chinese medicine clinical teaching and those who pass the seed certification teacher training clinical teachers experience in one / two of the eligible. Standardization dialectical nursing process to nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, care plans, nursing executive, nursing assessment values, etc., its nursing assessment tool refer to Western health care management assessment into TCM content; nursing diagnosis reference to North American Nursing Diagnosis Association of the basic elements of health problems ; etiology; sign and symptoms. CONCLUSIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS: At present traditional Chinese medical term lack of consensus on the definition, traditional Chinese medical nursing education in school didn't popularize, and the high level teachers of traditional Chinese medical nursing background in addition to shortage, Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Nursing Teaching model And standardized textbooks are lacking ,If attention Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Nursing Evidence-Based Research, can improve the quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing. Proposed Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health, Executive Yuan will continue to attach importance to traditional Chinese medicine nursing education, continuing education and Evidence-Based Nursing Research relevant and continue to provide funding for the study. |
