中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討提升私立幼教園所教育服務品質的方向。研究中採用問卷為資料蒐集工具以及焦點團體訪談進行,經分析後,發現園所規劃與管理、園所內部組織流程、教學設計、學習反應、軟硬體、園所與家長的互動性、園方外部運作等七構面作為提升教育服務品質的執行構面。構面因果關係與路徑分析結果,亦進一步證實提升教育服務品質執行方向。在焦點團體訪談法進行方面,經過與多位家長與園所人員舉辦多場訪談、互動後發現,教學設計、園方外部運作、以及園所與家長的互動性等三構面,被列為主要流程路徑,藉由此路徑運作,將會影響其他四構面,進而完成符合顧客期望之教育服務品質的經營。 |
英文摘要 | This research directs the enhancement of education service quality of those private kindergartens. Both questionnaire surveys conducted for data collection and focus grouping were conducted in this study. Found that facility planning and management, internal structural organization and process, curriculum design, student learning behavior, software and hardware concern, parents and faculties interactions, and external operations are seven facets in improving education service quality of those private kindergartens, in which understand operational targets by facet and critical path analysis. In focus grouping method, it was proceeded to verify those preceding seven facets. The critical path including three facets-curriculum design, parents and faculties interactions, and external operations is extensively accepted by those parents. This path also influences the other four facets by its successful operations. |
