| 中文摘要 | 咖啡炭疽病菌 (coffee anthracnose fungus) 可感染葉片、枝條及果實,造成植株 衰弱、產量降低及果實受損等不良影響。目前在咖啡上無核准登記使用藥劑,故擬針 對咖啡炭疽病菌進行藥劑篩選。本試驗自桃園縣茶業改良場及苗栗縣大湖鄉所栽培之 阿拉比卡 (Arabica) 種咖啡罹病葉片及果實上分離出TYL-1、MML-3 及MMF-8 等3 菌株 (isolates),經形態學特徵鑑定為Colletotrichum spp. 炭疽病菌。於馬鈴薯葡萄糖 瓊脂培養基 (potato dextrose agar, PDA) 中測試此三菌株對9 種不同殺菌劑之抗感 性。以百克敏 (Pyraclostrobin)、待克利 (Difenoconazole) 及扶吉胺 (Fluazinam) 對所 有供試菌株菌絲生長抑制之EC50 值 (half maximal effective concentration) 小於10 μg/ml 有效濃度; 得克利 (Tebuconazole) 、免賴得 (Benomyl) 及嘉賜貝芬 (Kasugamycin hydrochloride + Carbendazim) 對所有供試菌株菌絲生長抑制之EC50 值 小於100 μg/ml 有效濃度。 |
| 英文摘要 | Anthracnose disease is one of the economic limiting factors in coffee production. Coffee anthracnose is caused by the several Colletotrichum species producing damages on leaf, branch and particularly on fruit. Several disease syndromes on susceptible coffee cultivars reportedly included growth reduction and yield loss. There is no pesticides that are registered for use in coffee plants in Taiwan under the regulations legislated by Council of Agriculture of Executive Yuan in Taiwan. In this study, among 9 candidate pesticides were tested to control anthracnose disease on coffee plants. Three Colletotrichum isolates, designed as TYL-1, MML-3, and MMF-8, were isolated from diseased leaves and fruit of arabica coffee plants cultivated in "Tea Research and Extension Station" in Taoyuan county and Dahu Township in Miaoli County. Potato dextrose agar added with individual pesticide was used to evaluate the efficacy of different concentrations on inhibiting the mycelium growth of these three isolates. The tested pestcides of "Pyraclostrobin", "Difenoconazole" and "Fluazinam" could inhibit the mycelial growth of the three Colletotrichum isolates completely with EC50 values < 10μg/ml. The results of tested with "Tebuconazole", "Benomyl", and "Kasugamycin hydrochloride + Carbendazim" were showed the inhibitions of mycelial growth of all isolates with EC50 values < 100μg/ml. |
