中文摘要 | 市面上金屬罐裝飲料種類繁多,若其重金屬含量超過限量標準將對人類的健康造成重大危害,為此衛生福利部食品藥物管理署特別訂定罐裝飲料類重金屬砷、鉛、銅、錫和銻之最大容許量。為了瞭解當前市場上金屬罐裝飲料的安全性及品質,本研究調查市售金屬罐裝飲料共60 個檢體,利用ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer)及ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer)分析,結果此60 個測件皆符合衛生標準。 |
英文摘要 | There are a wide ranges of metal canned beverages sold in the markets. If its content of heavy metals exceeds limits would cause significant harm to human health. Thus, the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare promulgated a maximum permissible amount of arsenic, lead, copper, tin and antimony contents in metal beverage cans. In order to understand the safety and contents of the metal beverage cans on market, we employed ICP-OES and ICP-MS separately to investigate the 60 samples of commercially available metal beverage cans regarding to their heavy metals contents. Results indicate that all of these 60 testing samples are in compliance with the sanitary standards. The study found that the sanitary standards of arsenic, lead and antimony contents are below the limit of quantitation (LOQ) by ICP-OES analysis. The detections of arsenic and lead contents in all 14 test samples are found to be significantly influenced by matrix, which could be addressed by ICP-MS. |
