中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高溫用過共晶鋁矽合金壓鑄製品之「尺寸穩定化處理」條件及其效果,所使用之材料為「強化型A390鋁合金」(合金內額外添加0.5%Mg及0.23%Zr)。本研究可分為兩部分;首先使用重力鑄造並淬水急冷之A390鋁合金,分析此汽缸用材料在T5熱處理過程之時效硬化與時效尺寸變化特性,並找出較合適之尺寸穩定化溫度與時間。第二部分則使用高壓鑄造並淬水急冷之A390鋁合金汽缸鑄件,依據第一部分較適化尺寸穩定熱處理溫度條件,採間歇方式進行0~4小時之T5處理,並以「高溫鎖附變形實驗」來測量汽缸經不同時間之T5處理後,其室溫與高溫孔徑尺寸之變化。實驗結果顯示「高溫鎖附變形量測」可知,A390鋁合金壓鑄汽缸於230℃進行1小時(過時效)之T5處理即可獲得致尺寸穩定化之效果,此時汽缸內徑之真圓度與直筒度分別為23μm與16μm,符合機車汽缸規範。 |
英文摘要 | In this study the dimensional stability in a hyper-eutectic A390 alloy, which is strengthened by adding extra amounts of 0.5% Mg and 0.23% Zr, was investigated. In order to comprehend the dimensional change in the A390 alloy, and to realize the basic dimensional change associated with the precipitation reaction, the aging behaviors and the dimensional change occurring in the T5 treatment of a direct chilled gravity cast A390 alloy were examined. An optimal dimensional stabilized treatment was then determined. This set of optimal dimensional stabilized treatment was then applied to a direct chilled die casting A390 alloy cylinder. In-situ measurements of the size and shape of the cylinder at elevated temperature were performed. From the measurement results of cylinder at elevated temperature, it was found that the dimensions of A390 alloy cylinder were stabilized by a T5 heat treatment under the condition of over-aging at 230℃ for 1 hour. The over-aging treatment performed on the cylinder results in a stabilized cylinder with the roundness and cylindricity values being 23 and 16 μm, respectively. |
