中文摘要 | 本研究採用Cu3P化合物、Al-Cu-P母合金和Al-Si-Cu-P母合金等三種不同之含P細化劑,對A390過共晶鋁矽合金之初晶矽進行細化處理,來改善合金機械性質。本研究首先比較三種不同細化劑對過共晶鋁矽合金之細化效果,接著探討熔鑄造過程中,熔湯溫度及細化劑用量等參數之細化效應。結果顯示,化種含P細化劑中Al-Si-Cu-P母合金細化劑為工業應用上細化過共晶鋁矽合金之最佳選擇。實驗結果亦顯示,使用含P細化劑所獲得過共晶鋁矽合金之「初晶矽粒度」與其「矽空白率」呈正相關,當初晶矽粒度愈細小則矽空白率愈小,表示細化處理越好者,不僅初晶矽較細小,其分佈也愈均勻。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the effect of refinement on primary silicon in a Hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy by P-bearing chemical modifiers including Cu3P compound, Al-Cu-P and Al-Si-Cu-P master alloys was examined. Key variables governing the modification of primary silicon in Hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy, such as the amount of P added and the holding temperature and time of the alloy melt were analyzed. The results show that among the three chemical modifiers the Al-Si-Co-P master alloy produces the most satisfactory modification results. Additionally, the results also show that the percentage of primary silicon-free area is linearly proportional to the particle size of primary silicon. |
