| 中文摘要 | 有鑑於全球汽車市場蓬勃發展及全球環境保護趨勢,大永真空科技將研發節能、環保的設備作為責任,於台灣產業界首創混合式真空鍍膜製程技術(Hybrid Vacuum Metalizing Process, HVMP),並將HVMP技術應用於DYPL-爐內塗佈專用型真空鍍膜機,其中,HVMP技術結合了PVD及PECVD製程。DYPL鍍膜機可以在同一真空腔體中完成底塗、反射面鍍膜及面塗等三道製程,徹底取代傳統車燈鍍膜的大氣噴塗製程,避免大量噴塗所造成的污染與浪費,可降低人力需求並大幅提高生產效率。本設備製程穩定、操作簡便,適合鍍製各種外觀複雜、幾何形狀的工件,如汽車反射燈罩、防曇燈罩、擋板、化妝品容器…等產品。 |
| 英文摘要 | In view of the global automobile market booming and the trend of environmental awareness, Dah Young has a responsibility to develop energy-saving and environment-friendly equipments. We have pioneered the development of a new HVMP (Hybrid Vacuum Metalizing Process) technology in Taiwan. The HVMP technology is a combination of PVD and PECVD that can be applied to our hybrid coating equipment "DYPL", which can carry out the base coating, reflector coating and top coating in the same evacuated chamber. There is no need to perform an air spray coating process, and it can enhance production efficiency, as well as avoid lacquer wasting and pollution to the environment. This coater can be applied to coat substrates of complex shapes, such as car light reflectors, anti-fog lampshade, bezels, etc. |
