英文摘要 | Through the analysis of the connotation and performance characteristics for general education teachers, and taking the Management By Objectives (MBO) method and the 360-Degree Feedback evaluation method oriented, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a set of performance evaluation index system of general education teachers, and provides the reference for the establishment of general education teacher evaluation and incentive system. |
