中文摘要 | 本研究分析位於臺灣東北部低海拔湖泊的宜蘭大湖,其沉積物內所保存的矽藻。結果共有24屬35種被鑑定。其中新紀錄種有1種,為分歧羽紋藻(Pinnularia divergens W. Smith)。基於掃描式電子顯微鏡分析的影像,每一種矽藻的型態特徵與其所代表的環境指標意義被詳細的報導。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the diatoms preserved in the sediments of a lowland lake, Dahu Lake, in the northeastern Taiwan. A total of 24 genera and 35 species have been identified. Among them, Pinnularia divergens W. Smith is the new record species to Taiwan. On the basis of the scanning electrical microscope images, the morphological characteristics of every diatom species as well as their environmental meanings have been meticulously reported. |
