中文摘要 | 隨著臺中市升格直轄市人口漸趨密集,居民對於綠地空間之需求極為殷切,本研究評估綠 地分佈現況,以提供居民休憩及後續都市計畫檢討時綠地空間配置之參考。本研究以升格前原 臺中市都會區(西屯區、南屯區、北屯區、東區、西區、南區、北區及中區)為樣區,藉國土 測繪中心1995 年及2008 年之土地利用圖資,利用嵌塊體數目、平均嵌塊體大小、邊緣密度及 平均形狀指數等景觀生態指標(Landscape ecology index),探討都會區綠地分布及變遷。結果顯 示東、西、南、北區等人口均勻分布之區位,綠地多以社區鄰里公園方式存在,其分布較為破 碎;人口集中發展之西屯區,採大面積都會公園型態營造,其綠地呈塊狀分佈;另以空間離散 指標(Spatial dispersion index, SDI)評估各樣區綠地空間分布之離散程度,比較兩期土地利用圖 資,發現西屯區、南區及北區之綠地空間離散指標值降低,其中以西屯區變化幅度最大,顯示 綠地之空間分佈趨於集中。反之,東區及西區之綠地空間離散指標值有升高之趨勢,顯示綠地 之空間分佈趨於分散,唯其變化幅度並不顯著。經分析2008 年各分區綠覆率以東區之4.91% 為最高,惟皆未達都市計畫法第四十五條:「不得少於全部計畫面積百分之十」之規定。 |
英文摘要 | As Taichung City was upgraded to a municipal city, the density of population has been growing higher along with the rising demand for green land and the quality of life. Therefore, assessing the distribution of existing green lands and the future plans of green space distribution is an important issue for urban development. In this research, we have studied the Taichung metropolitan area (ie, Xitun, Nantun, Beitun, East, West, South, North and Center District) by using map data from the Land Surveying and Mapping Center in 1995 and 2008 to analyze the landscape ecological indexes. Through utilizing the number of patch and its average size, shape, and density, we are able to investigate the green land distribution and its change in the metropolitan area. The assessment results show that green lands often exist as neighborhood parks in lands with uniformed population distribution. In areas such as the Xitun District in which there is a higher density of population, green lands exist as large metropolitan parks. Moreover, the spatial dispersion index was used to evaluate the degree of dispersion in different areas of green space distribution. Comparing the two phases of land-use information, it shows that there exists a lower SDI in green lands for the areas of Xitun, South and North District, and the Xitun District which with the properties of concentration in green land has significant difference among them. On the other hand, the East and West District with larger SDI show insignificantly dispersal distribution in green lands. The highest green coverage lies on the East District for 2008 was 4.91%, but still less than the regulation of Urban Planning Act Article 45: "no less than ten percent of total planning areas." |
