中文摘要 | 本研究將不同甲醛/酚莫耳比(F/P=1.6/1、1.4/1、1.2/1)於弱鹼性條件下合成醇溶性酚醛樹脂(Phenol-formaldehyde resin;PF),並以樹脂含浸麻六甲合歡粒片熱壓製造粒片板。由結果顯示,PF樹脂合成時採用較高F/P莫耳比者,其樹脂熱硬化過程可進行較多之架橋反應,硬化樹脂則有較佳之耐熱性,其樹脂含浸粒片所製作粒片板則有較低的吸水厚度膨脹率及較高的內聚強度。硬化PF樹脂之熱裂解包含四個階段,其中F/P莫耳比較高者,熱重損失量較小,F/P莫耳比1.6者其快速熱裂解發生在第三階段,莫耳比1.2及1.4者則發生在第二階段。不同PF樹脂含浸粒片所製作粒片板有相似之熱裂解行為,並以400℃區分為兩個熱裂解速率階段。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, alcohol-soluble phenol-formaldehyde resins (PF) were prepared with the formaldehyde/phenol molar ratio (F/P) of 1.6/1, 1.4/1 and 1.2/1 under weak alkaline condition. Particleboards were made from the resin impregnated wood particles by hot-pressing method. The results showed that PF resin prepared with higher F/P molar ratio had more cross-linking reaction during thermal setting and had better heat-resistance for thermal set resin. Particleboard made from wood particles impregnated with PF resin with high F/P molar ratio had less thickness swelling of water adsorption and higher internal bonding strength. Pyrolysis of cured PF resins could be distinguished into four stages. PF resin prepared with higher F/P molar ratio had less thermal weight loss. The fastest thermal degradation for PF resin with F/P molar ratio of 1.6 appeared at the third stage, while for molar ratio of 1.2 and 1.4 it appeared at the second stage. Particleboards made with different PF resins impregnated wood particles had similar thermal degradation behavior. It could be divided into two pyrolysis rate stages that difference before and after 400℃. |
