中文摘要 | 教育部在103 年依新修訂之《國民體育法》第6 條第1 項規定,訂定《SH150 方案》。經歷102 學年度第2 學期的試辦後,教育部辦理「教育部體育署SH150 方案典範學校遴選及觀摩活動計畫」,從送件學校中遴選出5 所優等學校 (高中1 所、國中1 所、國小3 所) 及8 所甲等學校 (國中2 所、國小6 所)。獲選的典範學校,除了符合教育部體育署SH150 方案的推動基本精神外,各校就學校之學生、指導人力、場地、經費等條件,發展出各具特色的推動計畫。經綜合後發現,典範學校推動的共通特點有6 項:擬定明確可行的推動架構、校長及教師以身作則投入參與運動、著重學生體適能的提升、成立網路運動社群、成立多元的運動社團、巧妙引用社區資源,以及,致力於在學校特有的條件 (地理區位、學校規模、學生特性、資訊等) 下,打造出獨特的SH150 方案推動計畫。 |
英文摘要 | In accordance with item 1 of article 6 of the 2014 amended National Sports Act, the SH150 Program was formulated. After two semesters of pilot tests in 2013 academic year, the Ministry of Education organized the “Sports Administration’s Model School Selection and Observation Plan for SH150 Program”; 5 outstanding schools (1 senior high school, 1 junior high school, 6 elementary schools) and 8 excellent schools (2 junior high schools, 6 elementary schools) were selected out of all applicants. The winning model schools are selected based not only in accordance with the basic spirit of the SH150 Program, but also because they have developed unique advancement programs based on the characteristics of their students, mentoring personnel, venues, and budgets. Based on integrative study, we find that there are six common features of these model schools: Formulating clear actionable framework; Active participation by principal and teachers in sports; Emphasis on improving students’ physical fitness; Establishing sports community; Establishing diversified sports clubs; Intelligent allocation of community resources. All these features help to formulate unique promotion plans for the SH150 Program by establishing the schools’ respective unique features (geographical location, size of the school, student features, information, etc.) . |
