英文摘要 | New Taipei City is a healthy sports city, and places great emphasis on the advancement of sports; research shows that sports can promote health, reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, increase learning effectiveness, and enhance students’ future competitiveness. Further, through the process of engaging in sports, children learn about teamwork! In accordance with the guidelines of the SH150 Program, actual implementation methods of the Program in New Taipei City are as follows: 1. Sports LOHAS month; 2. Hundred-class school actively promotes SH150; 3. Actively improve sports knowledge of physical education teachers; 4. Integrate health and sports counseling groups for elementary and junior high schools; 5. Lead running by director of Wanjinshi Marathon and principals; 6. Visitations regarding physical fitness and active incentives. It is hoped that the aforementioned measures could bring about implementation at school; when students develop regular exercise habits, it builds a life-long ability and attitude in them that allows them to taste the beauty of sports! |
