英文摘要 | This study aims at investigating the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior and the role that affective organizational commitment that plays on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior; affective commitment fully mediates the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Implications for management and future research suggestions are discussed. |
