| 中文摘要 | 本研究使用焚化飛灰、爐石及水泥為膠結材料,粗、細玻璃砂及回收磚為骨材,利用不同配比高壓製成混凝土磚,除了探討混凝土製品之力學性質與行為外,其他特性如抵抗海水侵蝕及抗酸蝕也做深入的探討。另外根據環保署規定,所有由飛灰製成的產品都要經過溶出試驗,必須證實所含的重金屬不被溶出,產品才能出廠,因此本研究亦將對所製造之磚進行TCLP試驗,藉以了解重金屬的溶出量是否會對環境造成影響進行評估。研究結果顯示,添加焚化飛灰及不同比例之粗、細玻璃砂、回收磚料的高壓磚,其抗壓強度變化皆隨著時間增加而增加,尤其粗玻璃砂比例高有助於抗壓強度的增加。抵抗海水侵蝕後之剩餘抗壓強度以B2配比最佳,而抵抗酸液侵蝕後之剩餘抗壓強度以B3配比最佳,因此,抗壓強度越高將有助於抗酸蝕。另外由TCLP分析結果顯示,其重金屬溶出量皆符合現行「有害事業廢棄物認定標準」之規範。因此,綜合以上之結果,本研究認為焚化飛灰再利用於高壓混凝土製品是可行的。 |
| 英文摘要 | Reusing MSWI fly ash to make high-pressure concrete products has been studied. Fly ash, slag and cement were used as cementing materials. Recycled glass and brick tiles were used as aggregates. All of them were mixed using various ratios to make concrete products. In addition to investigating the mechanical properties and behavior of concrete products, other properties such as the resistance of seawater resistance and the resistance of acid resistance were also discussed in-depth. Also, according to EPA regulations, in order to be used in a factory, all the products made by the fly ash must pass the dissolution test to prove the products have little heavy metal dissolution from the products. Therefore, the effect that the extraction of heavy metals from MSWI fly ash concrete products has on the environment is therefore also evaluated. The results show that the strengths of compression increase with the age of the high- pressure concrete products. Using a high proportion of coarse glass sand is especially effective in helping to increase the compressive strength. For the residual compressive strength, B2 is the best one on the seawater resistance and B3 is the best one on the acid resistance. Therefore, higher compressive strength will help anti-etching. Also the TCLP analysis shows that leaching of heavy metals is in compliance with the prevailing "Hazardous Industrial Waste Standards" of the specification. Therefore, the above results of this study suggest that there is high possibility to reuse MSWI fly ash into making better high-pressure concrete products. |
