中文摘要 | 本研究利用高溫、水洗之方法進行都市垃圾焚化飛灰之前處理,然後探討其對於 垃圾焚化飛灰固化體各種物理化學性能之影響。實驗結果顯示,垃圾焚化飛灰經高溫或水 洗前處理後對提昇其固化體之單軸抗壓強度確實有明顯的助益。凍融試驗結果顯示,未經前 處理及經水洗前處理之垃圾焚化飛灰固化體皆具有良好之物理耐候性;經高溫前處理後之垃 圾焚化飛灰固化體,其耐凍融之能力相對較差。另外,無論是未經前處理或經前處理之垃圾焚 化飛灰固化體經 TCLP 毒性溶出試驗及多重毒性溶出試驗結果顯示,重金屬之溶出濃度皆遠 低於管制標準,且具有良好之化學耐候性。此外,本研究亦利用變異數分析探討經高溫、水 洗前處理之固化體單軸抗壓強度的主要控制參數。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the effects of high-temperature burning and water washing on the physicochemical properties of a municipal incinerator fly ash (MIFA) and its solidified monoliths were investigated. Experimental results showed that these pretreatment methods greatly increased the unconfined compressive strengths of solidified MIFA specimens. Results of freexing and thawing test indicated that high-temperature burning deteriorated the physical durability of solidified MIFA products compared with those not subjected to pretreatment. With regard to water washing, its influence on the physical durability of solidified MIFA was not obvious. The chemical durability of all solidified MIFA products, whether or not the products were subjected to pretreatment, were good. In this study, the variance analysis was also conducted to identify the controlling parameters for UCS values of solidified MIFA monoliths subjected to pretreatment. |
