中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討接種叢枝菌根菌於本土樹種苗木,作為崩塌地復舊造林材料的可行性。試驗樣區選定在臺南市南化集水區崩塌地,隸屬於林務局嘉義林區管理處玉井事業區第43林班。試驗工作包括採集土壤與分析土壤性質,分離繁殖叢枝菌根菌,培育菌根苗,整治崩塌地及進行復舊造林。三種本土樹種臺灣櫸(Zelkova serrata (Thunb.) Makino)、光蠟樹(Fraxinus griffi thii Clarke)及苦楝(Melia azedarach L.)苗木於接種叢枝菌根菌Glomus mosseae後,栽植於試驗區。造林後6個月,調查分析叢枝菌根菌G. mosseae對供試苗木生長及生理特性的效應。研究結果顯示,接種叢枝菌根菌G. mosseae的臺灣櫸、光蠟樹及苦楝苗木的苗高淨生長量及根頸直徑生長量均顯著高於對照組者;接種組苦楝苗木的總葉面積、葉片數、全株乾重、葉綠素a、葉綠素b及葉綠素a+b含量均顯著高於對照組者;而且各樹種接種組苗木的葉部氣孔密度均顯著高於對照組者。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the feasibility of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) to native tree seedlings as landslide reforestation material. Testing plot was chosen at the landslide site of Nanhua Watershed, Tainan City, Taiwan. This plot belongs to the 43rd Compartment of Yujin Working Circle, Chiayi Forest District, Taiwan Forestry Bureau. This experiment included soil sample collection and analyses, AMF isolation and propagation, culture of mycorrhizal seedlings, landslide site preparation, and reforestation implementation.Three native tree seedlings, i.e. Zelkova serrata Makino (Taiwan Zelkova), Fraxinus griffi thii Clarke (Formosan ash) and Melia azedarach L. (Chinaberry), were inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae, and then planted in the testing plot. Effects of G. mosseae on the growth and physiological characteristics of the tested seedlings were investigated and analyzed 6 months after reforestation. The results showed that the net growth of height and root collar diameter of the inoculated seedlings of three species were significantly bigger than the control ones. Total leaf area, leaf blades, seedling total dry weight, and contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and chlorophyll a+b of the inoculated Chinaberry seedlings were significantly higher than the control ones. Leaf stomatal densities of inoculated seedlings of 3 tested tree species were significantly higher than the control ones. |
