中文摘要 | 在本文中提出了一種新型的超音波振動驅動螺桿裝置,又可稱為壓電螺桿馬達,只需以低電壓即能驅動定子推動螺桿進行螺旋運動,進而達到高精度的直線運動,並產生較大的直線推力,不僅具有結構簡單、容易小型化的優點。此型壓電螺桿馬達的定子結構主要是將四個壓電致動器斜放入四面挖空的立方體形彈性體內而成,並且在定子結構的上下兩面設計一個貫穿的螺紋孔,與所要推動的螺桿形成精密配合。在壓電螺桿馬達的設計過程中,我們利用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS對定子結構進行振動特性與機電特性分析。透過ANSYS軟體分析可以設計出互呈正交的x向與y向振動模態,利用兩組壓電致動器的相位差正弦波電壓驅動這兩個互相垂直的振動模態,使得定子結構的z向螺紋孔緣產生超音波振動,並推動螺桿進行螺旋運動,使螺桿沿著軸心進行直線運動。另外,在文中對於定子結構的阻抗分析與振動位移響應分析也有助於此型壓電結構的特性理解。 |
英文摘要 | In order to provide a mechanism for driving a screw rod by ultrasonic vibration, which may prevent a backlash of a work rack and effect smooth operation, an ultrasonic vibration driven screw rod device proposed in this paper is designed and analyzed. The screw rod driving device is mainly composed of a stator and a screw rod. In the stator, four multilayer piezoelectric actuators are clamped in cube-shaped metal elastic body. And the top and the bottom of stator are drilled with a screw eye. To driving the screw rod, two orthogonal shear vibration modes of the stator are chose for the driving modes by the analyzed results of ANSYS software during the design process. Simultaneously, the impedance and displacement response of the stator is computed by ANSYS software, and the results are discussed. Combining the two shear vibration modes can drive the screw eye of the stator to rotate the screw rod. |
